Aims and Scope of JASIC (ISSN: 3007-8903)
JASIC is a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary journal that aims to publish cutting edge research in the sciences, information, and computing. The main objective of the KIU Interdisciplinary Journal of Applied Sciences, Information, and Computing (JASIC) is to serve as a platform where scholars on the African continent and the world at large can disseminate findings in the broad field of Sciences, information, and computing.
Currently, JASIC publishes all its approved manuscripts without charging any cost from authors.
JASIC recognizes the fact that social, economic, and cultural factors greatly impact how individuals, societies, and communities respond to stimuli, and based on this understanding, JASIC publishes original papers, short communications, and surveys from all fields of science, information, and computing. The contributions should be written in English and may be of a theoretical or applied nature. JASIC publishes two issues annually, i.e., April-May and November-December.
The current target audience both regionally and internationally is the English speaking community, therefore all submitted papers should be written using the English language.
Peer Review Policy: All sumitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review, based on an initial screening by the Editor.
